How many people does the villa sleep?
Six adults. We have 2 king rooms and 1 twin. We cannot sleep any more due to our licence.
What is the set up of the bedrooms?
The Amira King Master Suite is at the top of the stairs. This is the only bedroom up there. This room has a four poster bed with high quality bedding, air conditioning, a large Hunter ceiling fan, ensuite with soft towels and a wraparound balcony.
The Samira bedroom, a twin, is on the ground floor and is situated at the opposite end of the villa, so there's plenty of privacy. This room has two single beds with high quality bedding, air conditioning, large Hunter ceiling fan, balcony with seating, and it is next to the bathroom.
Layali is a King-sized bedroom with its own entrance and is off the secure lower terrace. It has a king bed with high quality bedding, air conditioning, mood lighting, an ensuite bathroom, and a bistro set on the terrace. It is only a stone's throw away from the outside kitchen. The room is attached to the villa but only has one entrance.
Is the Villa suitable for children?
Yes, however, we recommend it's not suitable for children under the age of six years, or people with extreme mobility issues.
How private is the pool and the pool terrace?
It's very private! You are not overlooked. The majority of the outside space is private.
Are small pets allowed?
No, unfortunately no pets are allowed.
How do I book?
Please either send us a message through our website or use one of our booking portals. Simply Owners is the same price as booking direct and you'll have payment protection as we've paid the fees for you. To secure the booking, we take a refundable 25% deposit. This is fully refundable up to 60 days before your arrival.
Do you have a BBQ?
Yes, we have two gas BBQs. One poolside to use at the alfresco dining area and one on the other side of the villa, situated in the new outdoor kitchen (completion April 2023) with new seating.
Is there much for children to do in the area?
Yes, lots! Too many to list here. Ask us for our email brochure Our Younger Guests for more information.
Is the price for the whole of the villa?
Yes, you get to use the whole of the villa for the price.
If I book directly, what do I need to do?
I will email you a booking form and ask the lead guest to fill it out. Once I have received that, I will send you my bank details and a 'Short Term' rental agreement for you (the lead guest) to read through and sign. Once the agreement is returned and the deposit has been paid, you'll receive confirmation and your dates will be secure. Your balance and security deposit will be due 60 days before your check-in date. Your deposit is refundable up to the 60 days.
How do I get the payment protection when using Simply Owners?
Once the main booking form has been completed and checked, I will send you a 'Short term rental agreement' and my bank details. Simply Owners would like you to call me and I'm ok with that, but I'm also happy to do things via email so you also have written evidence. You will receive your 'payment protection' once your deposit has been paid. This is generated via the portal on Simply Owners.

What is the best way to book?
Simply Owners with payment protection and direct booking prices. Followed by Houfy if you wish to use a credit card (small fee applies).
